The electronic application of the Certificate of Non-manipulation under Free Trade Agreement Transhipment Facilitation Scheme (FTA Scheme) of the Customs and Excise Department is available on the Trade Single Window (TSW) with effect from 24.06.2020.
TSW provides a one-stop electronic platform for the traders. Through the TSW platform, traders can make online submission of trade documents, check the process status and results of applications and receive electronic licences. Traders are encouraged to register online as TSW users (www.tradesinglewindow.hk) and submit electronic applications for the FTA Scheme through the platform.
After the launch of TSW for the FTA Scheme, an option remains open for the traders to submit application for Certificate of Non-manipulation and trade documents through e-mail.
