In cooperation with the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Hong Kong Customs organised a seminar on the sideline of the Home Delights Expo on 17 August 2023 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Over 145 exhibitors and lifestyle brands participated at the fair to showcase their latest smart home and kitchen appliances. An officer of the Ports and Maritime Command (PMC) shared on stage the latest development of the Free Trade Agreement Transhipment Facilitation Scheme (FTA Scheme) and underscored how traders could garner tariff reduction and gain competitive advantage from joining the Scheme. PMC officers also took the opportunity to visit the exhibition booths, distribute leaflets and introduce the FTA Scheme to the exhibitors in person.
