Seven people to face charges this afternoon

In a territory-wide Customs operation codenamed "Spur" yesterday (July 7), Customs officers uncovered a pirated optical discs syndicate.

Seven people, including three women and four men, aged between 20 and 49, have been charged with offences relating to the Copyright Ordinance and will appear in the North Kowloon Magistrates' Courts this afternoon (July 8).
