The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Chan Kwok-ki, inspected the passing-out Parade for 79 Probationary Inspectors and 94 Probationary Customs Officers at the Hong Kong Customs College on 8 December 2023. Mr Chan praised Hong Kong Customs for its achievements in safeguarding national security and encouraged the officers to contribute to the objective of "Connectivity towards Security and Prosperity" for both the country and Hong Kong. The parade showcased various symbol and patterns, representing support for the Belt and Road Initiative and encouraging voters to participate in the District Council Election.
