A departmental seminar on "Safeguarding National Security and the Spirit of the 20th National Congress" was held on 1 March 2023 with Dr James Wong Kong-tin, Honorary Advisor of Hong Kong Customs College, as the guest speaker. About 200 colleagues attended the seminar. A training video of the seminar would be made to standardise the methods of learning under the unique training network.
