With the normal travel between the Mainland and Hong Kong fully resumed, complaints against unfair trade practice of selling Chinese herbal medicines or dried seafood topped the list. In March this year, the Quick Response Team, acting on the report from a Mainland tourist, immediately conducted follow-up investigation and then swiftly arrested two male staff of a medicine shop suspected to have misled a consumer by confusing the price units in the course of selling a Chinese herbal medicine, in contravention of the Trade Descriptions Ordinance.
