As the National Women's Volleyball Team visited Hong Kong for the "Volleyball Nations League 2024", the Hong Kong Customs Volleyball Team, along with other disciplinary force teams, exchange with former national players, Ms Zhao Ruirui and Ms Chu Jinling.
During this invaluable experience, members of the Customs Female Volleyball Team received technical guidance and had the chance to play alongside the former national players. Zhao and Chu shared their stories, encouraging the athletes to transform pressure into motivation both on and off the court.
