Hong Kong Customs held the Certificate of Appointment Presentation Ceremony of WCO Regional Private Sector Group (RPSG)－Asia Pacific (AP) on 24 July. The Commissioner of Customs and Excise, Ms Louise Ho, in the capacity of WCO Vice－Chairperson for the Asia/Pacific (A/P) Region, presented appointment certificates to six new members from various sectors, including logistics and business associations, e-commerce platforms, high-end electronic devices and information technology, metal resources, and health supplements. Their involvement aims to enhance co-operation between customs authorities and the private sector, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships among Hong Kong enterprises and A/P counterparts.
