The inaugural ceremony and meetings of the Cross Boundary Transport Industry Customer Liaison Group, the Road Cargo System (ROCARS) User Liaison Group and the Transshipment Cargo Clearance Facilitation Customer Liaison Group for 2022-24 were held September 2022. Members were presented with Certificates of Appointment. These three liaison groups offer an effective communication platform for the cross-boundary transport industry to exchange views with Hong Kong Customs and other government departments. Customs will continue to strengthen connection with the industry through the liaison groups.
