Hong Kong Customs today (March 31) announced that starting from tomorrow (April 1), the business hours of two offices that currently operate under special work arrangements will be back to normal, with details as follows:
(1) The Customer Service Centre at 3/F, Customs Headquarters Building (CHB), 222 Java Road, North Point, will be open from 8.45am to 5.30pm from Monday to Friday. Documents can still be submitted via the drop box located at the lobby on the ground floor of the CHB; and
(2) The Office of the Money Service Supervision Bureau at Units 1218-1222, 12/F, Nan Fung Commercial Centre, 19 Lam Lok Street, Kowloon Bay, will be open from 8.45am to 12.30pm and from 1.30pm to 5.30pm from Monday to Friday. Documents can still be submitted via the drop-in box located at the office's reception counter.
Members of the public are reminded to wear masks at all times and comply with the infection control measures including the use of the "LeaveHomeSafe" mobile application and temperature checks when visiting the department's premises.
